National Healthcare was founded in 1995 in part because of the severe nursing shortage and also to be able to
provide nurses with flexible work schedules.
National Healthcare recognized a disconnect between facilities covering their staffing needs and nurses who
needed the flexibility to be able to work part time or full time and most importantly to have the option to choose
their own work hours based on their personal and family life.
National Healthcare offers nurses employment with very competitive hourly rates with weekly paychecks.
